Emergency Food and Shelter Program
SEMC has partnered with the Emergency Food and Shelter Program (EFSP) to provide residents struggling with food, rent and utilities in El Centro. This collaboration allows SEMC to help families who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness, pay past due rent or utilities, and emergency food.
Eligibility is based on income and family size and emergency need. For eligibility, clients must provide:
