Cake Decorating

Having special skills and learning a trade is a great way to gain employment.  SEMC offers a Cake Decorating Class by a Wiltons Certified Instructor, for individuals to become cake decorators at all skill levels. After completing the 10 month course, each student is certified by Wilton Cake Decorating Course. The classes are structured by assignments (hands on tasks) based on course work required by four Wilton Student Handbooks. This course offers low income men and women, to become excellent cake decorators and able to find work at local bakeries, grocery stores and even work from home.

Registration begins in August, Classes are held September-May
