Basic Computer Literacy

In August 2014, SEMC partnered with Imperial Valley College (IVC), to provide access to off campus, non-credit Computer Literacy Classes at our computer center.  The objective of the Basic Computer Literacy Class is to equip students with basic, yet fundamental computer literacy skills that could provide participants access to job opportunities, inspire higher education for adults and tools to support their family’s future education goals.  Classes are taught by semester through an IVC-Computer Literacy Instructor.

Registration occurs in August and January, Classes are held September-December and February-May

This is a 12 week course and students are required to attend all classes!

Please contact the center for schedule updates.
